Holiday Shipping & Return Policy
At GOOSEBUMPS, we ship globally. Typically, we process and hand over orders to USPS or UPS within 1-3 days, except during major sales events, where we may require up to 1-2 weeks due to the high volume of orders. To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check your address, including your Paypal and Apple Pay details if you use these payment methods, as any inaccuracies can lead to significant delays in receiving your order.
Please note that GOOSEBUMPS is not liable for address changes or for packages that are lost or delayed within the postal system. We strongly encourage Route Shipping Insurance at checkout for any possible issues that can arise in shipment.
Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
Local Pickup
For those who prefer to pick up orders at our Mesa, AZ Store, choose Local Pickup as your shipping option. Local pickup is free of charge, and your order will be ready within 1-4 business day. Please be aware that our pickup hours are limited to 10am-3pm MST, Monday to Friday. You'll receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup.
Oversold Items
If an item you purchased was oversold, we will refund you for that item and ship the rest of your order.
Discount Codes
We will honor discount codes if the order was placed within 24 hours of the code starting.
Holiday Return & Exchange Policy
At Goosebumps, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with your Goosebumps purchase, we will gladly give a store credit or exchange the item if returned by January 10th as long as it follows our policy.
Purchases made between October 7th-December 31st will be eligible for our extended return policy that ends January 10th.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges both ways.
Exchange Criteria:
- Original condition (unwashed/unworn)
- Original packaging
- International orders are not eligible for returns/exchanges
Steps to Exchange:
- Contact orders@shopgoosebumps.com
- Indicate reason for inquiry with the following:
- Replace with the same item
- Exchange for a different item
- Receive a store credit for the full purchase price
- Please note: We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges. Items previously exchanged are not eligible for further returns or exchanges
- Print the return shipping label, repack items in a box or mailer, and promptly drop them off at your local post office.

Manufacturing Defects
We proudly stand behind our products, with a dedicated quality control team ensuring the highest quality. However, in rare instances, a faulty item may slip through. We accept returns on items with manufacturing defects within 15 days of delivery.
Not covered under warranty (non-returnable, no exceptions):
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., wear holes, pilling, fabric snags)
- Shrinkage
- Stains from washing or use
- International orders and sale items
- Accidental damage (e.g., washing machine, tearing, melting, pet damage)
Covered under warranty (returnable AFTER use, within 15 days):
- Sewn seams and stitching
- Buttons
- Buttonholes
- Holes or tears upon arrival

International Shipping
All orders are shipped using UPS with no tracking beyond the US postal system. Delivery times may range from 2-8 weeks, depending on your country.
Customers are responsible for any additional fees imposed by their country (e.g., taxes, tariffs, customs, duties). These fees are not paid to Goosebumps but to your country's authorities.
Please note: Due to high international shipping costs, all international orders are final sale and cannot be returned for any reason.
