Most orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days of the date the order was placed
If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return the item within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and hangtag still attached to the item.

Once we have received your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days and you will be notified via email. Your credit card or bank may require additional time for processing. Original shipping charges are not refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. In this case please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on shipping item back for a replacement item. Otherwise we do not process exchanges at this time.
